Our mission is to reach a point where we can use AI to help companies recruit effectively, combating unvetted unqualified candidates as well as overload of applications, while also helping candidates find jobs they are qualified for easier.
Starting with a talent pool, we eventually want to help cover the gaps in the recruitment process. We recognize that AI is helping in job applications, but we also see that AI with candidates is creating a lot of sloppy applications, which is a big problem.
We want to use AI for something to help in the job process while ensuring quality and authenticity throughout the recruitment journey.
